Instead of posting each job individually, you can always stay ahead of the game by posting jobs for the entire week in one go. Follow this guide for how to post multiple shifts at once!

To begin posting multiple jobs at once, start at the home page by clicking the "My jobs" tab at the top of the screen. Followed by clicking “post a job” or the green plus button at the top left of the page.



Select from the available options, what you need help with in the job you are posting. This will also open a set of subcategories for you to select the exact job you need to hire for. Choose which you need and click the, “Next” button on the bottom right.



If you have pre-set your business address, select it from the available options. If you have not set an address yet, click the green “add another location” button to fill in the address of the job site.



Navigate to the correct month you would like to post the jobs for, and select the first shift date on the calendar. This will bring up a window for you to add the start and end time for your job posting, as well as how many employees you will be needing. Click “Add” when you are finished. After, click back on the shift you just posted and click, “save” to be able to quickly add the rest of your shifts. You can also click, “delete” to remove it.




After this information is entered and saved, the system will remember it, and let you quickly add the rest of your desired shifts for the week by just clicking on any day and clicking, “add”.



When you are finished adding shifts, click the, “next button” at the bottom of the page.



From the list available choose your preferred dress code for your job. Below your dress code selection, fill in any missing uniform details in the textbox below. There is also an auto generated job summary to the right of the screen.



A description of the job you have selected is auto generated below, but you can also edit or add your own personal job description. At the bottom of the page there is a slot for any additional instructions you have on the job. Click, “Next” when you are finished on this page.



Click the, “done” button and your job(s) will be automatically posted to the job board for employees to start picking up.

If I post multiple jobs at once, do they all have to be for the same time frame? Or same number of workers?
* No, even when posting multiple jobs at once, each job posting can be at a different time, with a different amount of workers!

Can I post multiple jobs for multiple positions at the same time?
* No, you can post multiple jobs at once, but it can only be for one job position at a time.

Can I post multiple jobs on the same day with different start/end times?
* Yes! You can post multiple shifts per day, even at different start/end times.
