Deactivation of your account
If you are ever inactive for longer than 6 months at a time, acquire too many dropped shifts, or no-call no-show a shift you picked up, your account will become deactivated. If you are idle for 6 months and would like to return to working, please send an email to support@gravywork.com.
If you would ever like to purposely deactivate or shutdown your account:
- Send an email to support@gravywork.com using the same email you use to login to your account.
- Make the subject line “Delete Account".
- Include why you want your account deleted, so we can possibly address the issue and continue to improve the platform for everyone.
