Account Suspension & Deactivation
It is important to keep your account within good standing at all times. Certain behaviors may cause your account to be suspended or deactivated. GravyWorkers should ensure that they:
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Come prepared with the appropriate uniform to each job
- Arrive early or on time to each job
- Only select jobs you know you will be able to perform
- If needed, drop jobs at least 24 hours in advance of the shift start time
- Always remember to check–in and check-out of every job and add any applicable break time
Repeat occurrences of any of the above may result in account suspension or deactivation. **Any no-call, no-shows to jobs will result in immediate deactivation. **
During the suspension, any scheduled shifts will be removed and you will not be able to accept jobs.
