Flex Vs. Flex Plus GravyWorker types
There are two types of GravyWorkers; Flex and Flex Plus.
A Flex GravyWorker is a 1099 contract worker who is eligible for back-of-house and single-day single-client gigs. A Flex worker has temporary work authorization. Flex workers will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.
A Flex Plus GravyWorker has a valid Social Security Number (SSN) and has gone through the required background checks to verify employment status. Flex Plus workers are eligible for both long-term and short-term gigs. Flex Plus workers will receive a W2 at the end of the year for tax purposes.
