What You Need to Know
You must be logged in to update your payment information.
You’ll need to verify your identity before making changes.
A verification code will be sent by SMS to the phone number on your account.
You must enter the 6-digit code to continue.
Steps to Update Your Bank Account Information
Step 1: Go to the Earnings Screen
Open the app and navigate to the Earnings section.
Step 2: Tap “Edit Payment Info”
On the Earnings screen, tap Edit Payment Information.
Step 3: Complete verification
You will see a screen that says “Two-Factor Authentication Required.”
Tap Send Code to receive a verification code by text message.
Step 4: Confirm the SMS Code
You will receive a text message with a verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.
Once the code is verified, you will be taken to the Update payment information screen, where you can view and edit your Payment method.
Tips
• Double-check your account and routing numbers before adding.
• If the code expires, request a new one and try again.
• Do not share your verification code with anyone.
