Starting today, skills on GravyWork are getting smarter. Instead of just a quick quiz, you'll build a Skill Profile that shows clients your real experience, qualifications, and commitment so you can compete on what matters: your talent.
What's Changing?
To keep using your current skills after March 1st, you'll need to complete a quick Skill Profile for each one. It's designed to be fast and let you shine:
✅ Share your work history – Show off your experience
✅ Quick AI screening chat – Answer a few tailored questions about your expertise (usually takes just 5-10 minutes, on your schedule)
✅ Upload certifications – Food handler cards, alcohol permits, uniform photos (where required)
The AI screening is just the first step: a real person on our team reviews every profile to make sure you get credit for your experience.
Already an experienced GravyWorker? If you've built a solid track record with us, we may fast-track your screening. Just add your work history and required certs, and we'll handle the rest.

Complete Your Skill Profiles by March 1st
Until March 1st, you can still claim shifts with your current skills. After that, you'll need completed Skill Profiles to work those shifts.
