Applying to Gravy Work

Process to become a Gravy Worker:



Fill out the interest form at gravywork.com/apply/.
Your form will be reviewed within 24 - 48 hours.
If approved, you will receive an email with your interview date.
Upon the completion of your phone interview you will need to pass background check.
Complete your payroll paperwork through Paylocity.

All applicants must:

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be 18 years old.
Pass a background check.
Own a smartphone device with an active data plan.

Do I need experience to apply?

Depending on the position you are applying for, you may need:

At least one year of relevant experience
To pass a skill assessment
At least two professional references with contact information
A Valid drivers license
Experience Driving larger vehicles
Warehouse licensing or certifications

If you have the right skills, we will make a conditional offer pending the the background check, which can take 1 to 10 days. Once the background check comes back as clear, the final step is to enroll in our payroll system. This doesn’t take long to complete but does require that you complete some payroll documents electronically. Once complete, you are all set to apply and work a job.
